From start to finish we had such a lovely welcoming! Mike & Chris did a fabulous job at designing our kitchen. We had a wish list and they both exceeded in this. Amir the project manager was always available to communicate with too. Kev & Ollie were brilliant at their skills when it came to the fitting & were very friendly & always kept us both updated when needed. We had the flooring fitted also in the hall stairs & landing which looks great! I wouldn’t have anyone else to do my future projects in my home as I know in time my bathroom & shower will need updating & I would definitely go to la casa interiors!

Bathroom, cloakroom and ensuite. All at the same time and whilst it created some upheaval it was most definitely worth it. Three small ordinary rooms bought up to date with modern fresh designs. Remote controlled showers, concealed lighting and taps to die for. Excellent communication and very competently completed in just 9 weeks. All the crew working together from the plumbing side, electrical, boarding, plasterers, fitters, flooring and decorator oh and Mr Silicon. All experts in their own field. Couldn't recommend La Casa enough. From our initial enquiry to completion of work La Casa we're very professional and couldn't do enough, to ensure that we had the kitchen we wanted. We had a full kitchen design and renovation with all new appliances. La Casa also designed our dining room/lounge area, which we are very happy with. Would definitely use again. Quality of work on site and communication with us the customer was excellent.

A delight to have commissioned La Casa to bring our 1970's style (not in a good way!) kitchen into the 21st century. In particular it was great that they took control and we didn't have to worry about who did what and when. Everyone was lovely and very helpful from the start of the process to the end.

La casa helped us to realise our ideas. They came up with answers and suggestions when we threw curve balls at them and couldn't be more accommodating.

Review based on poor showroom experience - as a result we did not purchase any of their services. We made an appointment with Mike to talk about 2 x bathroom replacement. We knew they only had one display but Mike said he could walk us through and show us options. When we got there Mike introduced us to another staff member and returned to customers who we were later told were overrunning their appointment. We showed the chap a floor plan and the current bathrooms to give an idea of what we were looking for but were greeted with folded arms and a lot of nods. We asked about the bathroom display but all he could tell us was that this was the only one they had and it was “expensive” – although he couldn’t tell us the price of any of it because he was a ”Kitchen Specialist”. We tried to make conversation by saying one of our bathrooms was small so any ideas to make it feel bigger like unit design, placement, tiles etc would be welcome. More nods, but no advice. We then asked if there was anything else we could see and were taken to the back to look at tiles. He stood there, arms folded whilst we had to look ourselves, only every tile we gravitated towards we were told they were “expensive” or “had a long lead time”. Getting very frustrated at this point we made our excuses saying we would call later to get Mike round to measure and left. As we passed Mike he cheerily said goodbye, none the wiser. The appointment lasted 18 minutes and it was a complete waste of our time – its not like we turned up unannounced. Perhaps our experience would have been different if Mike took it but we will never know... Just another note too, no staff member was wearing a mask and the customers in store had theirs on their chins.

After several visits to kitchen showrooms and a few quotes to hand; we happened to be passing La Casa, on initial entrance and seeing the kitchens on display we thought La Casa would be beyond our budget, but after sitting down with Mike he came up with plenty of ideas within our budget and more importantly he managed to do this without compromising our idea of a perfect kitchen. Mike's enthusiasm was a breathe of fresh air and he was a pleasure to work with. The design service was exception, the budget was met and we are delighted with our beautiful new kitchen. In addition we also mentioned to Mike that we were planning on re-modelling our downstairs. Mike offered to project manage and supply the trades to provide this work too. Amir, who project managed the work and all the trades who La Casa provided were absolutely fantastic. In summary the whole team at La Casa were amazing, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend La Casa to friends and family, in fact, we already have! THANK YOU
