Absolutely superb service from Ben and Motor House Plumtree! From the get-go Ben was really helpful and guided me through the process of buying a car with them, he answered all my questions and was really polite and responsive throughout! Purchased a 2015 Vauxhall Meriva and Ben was excellent. The car was just under £5k but Ben treated us as if we were buying a £50k car. There was a small amount of damage that you would expect on a car this age but Ben contributed to making it look brand new! Would 100% recommend to anyone reading these reviews.

Purchased a Ford Kuga from motorhouse and could not be more pleased with the service provided by Ben. Upon picking up the car and driving home the engine management light came on which turned out to be turbo failure. Ben then arranged to have the car picked up and repaired at considerable cost along with a few extras in case that fault had affected other areas. I then had an issue with a sensor on the DPF which wasn't a major issue tbh as it probably just warrented regeneration. Again Ben took the car and not only replaced the sensor but replaced the DPF itself to ensure that the issue was dealt with. Ben was in constant communication with me all the way through the process so I'd know when to expect to pick up the car and what the mechanics were doing. What I am now left with is a fully functioning vehicle. I have no doubt that I will be back to motorhouse for my next car. Yes there were issues which you'd expect for a car of that age but the level of service I recieved was second to none. Thanks Ben.

Relaxed buying experience with a small dealer who knows his car stock well. They aren't just a number on a keyboard, they seem to know each vehicle. Similarly, they got to know me as an individual and treated me as such. Everything I asked them to do, they did. The car itself was prepared and serviced properly, to a high standard. As a female, buying a car is very often a frustrating experience. I can honestly say this is the first pleasant used car buying experience I have had. Unbelievable level of service from Ben who managed to get this car on my drive within two days as my other car broke down unexpectedly.
